2020 Region VII Dinner / Super Bowl Party - Orlando Winter Meeting/EXPO

Where will you be Super Bowl Sunday? Those attending the ASHRAE's 2020 Winter Meeting/EXPO in Orlando should play it safe and come to the Region VII Super Bowl Party (regional dinner) as it will surely be one to remember! In search of the best venue to watch the biggest football game of the year, we found it at the Orlando Dave & Busters. You won't find a better place to watch the game; with a 40 foot "wow wall" of TV's we have a private room with our own big-screen projection of the game on.

We open with game kickoff at 6:30 pm. In true tailgate fashion, we will have a buffet serving a "build your own nacho station", four-cheese pizza, chicken tenders, and classic bar burgers. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks are included and there is also a cash bar. As part of the base package, each guest receives a $15 "Power Card" good for jumping into all of the state-of-the-art gaming Dave & Busters is so famous for.
